Code of Conduct / Professional Ethics Policy
1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct / Professional Ethics Policy sets out the general principles that guide the professional conduct of QUALTECH VISION CONSULTING S.R.L. in its business relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, collaborators and other stakeholders.
The policy is intended to support integrity, responsible communication, confidentiality, objectivity and professional care in the company's B2B activities.
2. Scope
This policy applies to professional activities carried out by or on behalf of QUALTECH VISION CONSULTING S.R.L., including technical consulting, supplier evaluation, supplier performance, audit-support, documentation review, claims-related support and related business services.
It should be read together with the Impartiality Policy, Client and Supplier Confidentiality Policy, Privacy Notice / GDPR Notice, Terms of Use and other applicable contractual documents.
3. Integrity and professionalism

Information received from clients, suppliers and partners should be treated with care and used only for legitimate business purposes connected to the request, proposal, project or collaboration for which it was provided.
Confidential information should not be disclosed, copied, reused or shared outside the relevant context unless authorized, required by law or necessary for the agreed purpose.
5. Objectivity and conflicts of interest
QUALTECH VISION CONSULTING S.R.L. aims to identify and manage situations that could affect professional judgement, objectivity or impartiality.
Potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed or managed appropriately, especially in supplier evaluation, audit-support, performance review, claims-related activities or situations where recommendations could affect commercial decisions.
