This policy applies to activities where QUALTECH VISION CONSULTING S.R.L. may review information, assess suppliers, support audits, analyze documentation, provide technical input, manage claims-related information, compare supplier performance or provide business and technical recommendations.

3. Impartiality principles
QUALTECH VISION CONSULTING S.R.L. aims to apply the following principles in relevant activities:
- Objectivity: findings, observations and recommendations should be based on available information, documented evidence and the agreed scope of work.
- Independence of judgement: commercial pressure, personal relationships, supplier influence or external expectations should not affect professional judgement.
- Conflict management: actual or potential conflicts of interest should be identified, disclosed and managed appropriately.
- Transparency: limitations, assumptions, dependencies and uncertainties should be communicated where they may affect conclusions or deliverables.

Examples may include previous or ongoing relationships with a supplier under review, financial interests, personal relationships, competing engagements, pressure to reach a predetermined conclusion, or access to confidential information that could create unfair advantage. When a potential conflict is identified, the company should take appropriate measures, such as disclosure to the relevant party, limitation of involvement, separation of responsibilities, additional review, refusal of the assignment, or other measures suitable to the situation.
5. Gifts, advantages and undue influence
QUALTECH VISION CONSULTING S.R.L. should not request, accept, offer or provide gifts, benefits, commissions, payments or advantages that could compromise, or appear to compromise, impartiality, independence or professional judgement.
Any attempt to improperly influence findings, recommendations, supplier evaluations, claims-related opinions or professional conclusions should be rejected and, where appropriate, escalated or documented.
6. Evidence-based work and limitations
Where assessments, reviews or recommendations are provided, they should be based on information available within the agreed scope. If information is incomplete, outdated, inconsistent or unclear, this should be reflected in the conclusions or communicated to the client.
QUALTECH VISION CONSULTING S.R.L. does not guarantee a particular business, technical, supplier or contractual outcome based only on the existence of an assessment or recommendation. Outcomes may depend on client decisions, supplier responses, contractual terms, technical constraints, applicable standards and other external factors.
7. Responsibilities
Persons acting for or on behalf of QUALTECH VISION CONSULTING S.R.L. should act with professional care, avoid misleading statements, disclose relevant limitations and protect confidential information received during assignments.
